Well it seems as if it has been forever, but we finally have sun here…yes, it’s been almost 1 week. Fortunately, there is no flooding here in our area, but 20 minutes away, people are still out of their homes and The Willowbrook Mall feeder roads and parking lots are still flooded. Guess no Cheescake Factory again this weekend!

With the advent of Spring weather comes flowers and tree blossoms and the usual rash of new listings. There have been multiple offer situations on two homes at the upper end, with one of them selling for $3,000,000, having been listed at $2,495,000! That’s encouraging news to all in the real estate community here. It’s been a while since 2 homes in the $1,800,000+ range have sold the same weekend.
