We have apppointments galore this weekend and are hoping we don’t need a boat to maneuver in Sunday . We are hearing it is going to be quite a storm. Hey though, I had clients come out in the middle of a 2 foot+ snow storm, years ago, and they bought the house. A rain storm only let’s a buyer see what a dry basement a house has or just what sort of waterproofing needs to be done.
